The end of the year finished with a successful and as ever enjoyable auction with buyers and sellers benefiting from the Festive Spirit, with mulled wine on hand for those that wanted along with an impromptu visit from Radio Berkshire, as we were  a clue in a Treasure Hunt, it was not a regular start to the day. As ever silver was a popular seller, we were delighted that our comic lots achieved great prices and it would appear that plenty of people got lovely jewellery for Christmas. As ever it was great to welcome new buyers to our sale and very encouraging that month on month not only does the internet auction continue to grow but we are seeing new faces in the crowd. Both dealers and those after items to add to their collections or people doing up their houses. So what about 2018? Our online only sales are set to start in January, supplementing our end of month Antiques and Collectables sale. Our doors are open Monday to Friday 10 am to 4 pm to the general public for valuations and appraisals, and we are also more than happy to send a valuer to your home, free of charge, to appraise items that you might be thinking of selling. April will see a specialist sale of all things Windsor based, prior to the Royal Wedding on the 19th May and other specialist sales will be announced shortly.
