What a Wide Variety A Month Brings
This month has seen us visit a wide range of houses and we have met a lot of interesting people but what always amazes us is the staggering array of items that come to us to be sold.
We have raided the cellar of one client and are offering a number of great wines in our sale on June 25th including nine bottles of 1964 Chateau Latour.
We then were lucky enough to have a folder containing a selection of money used in the Prisoner of War camps of WWII, now these historical items made us all pause for a moment to take stock.
One client delivered all sorts of Chinese ceramics and other associated items to us for a private collection which is being slowly dismantled and which we are delighted to be helping with the sale of.
One item that has really caught everyone’s imagination is a museum quality model ship, which we are delighted to be offering in our auction.
In between times we have managed to attend some and conduct a number of charity auctions for a wide variety of causes and we are really looking forward to hitting the road to do the yearly fundraising for the RNLI on the Cobb in Lyme Regis.
As we prepare for our next move to bigger premises we look forward to welcoming even more interesting items to our sales.
